I spend most of my time helping organisations adapt to a more highly connected environment. The industry uses a variety of popular buzzwords to describe this: digital transformation, customer experience, customer-centricity, service design, human-centred design and so on.

However you describe it, it’s critical to identify the people that an organisation cares about (customers, citizens, partners etc) then somehow match the needs those people have to the objectives of the organisation.

I’ve created a tool called Sooth that helps you determine what an organisation should focus on. It’s a customer-centric system that prioritises the needs of the people you care about most. It’s in a beta state, so it’s far from perfect and not optimised for mobile yet, but I’d love to know what you think about it and if you have any suggestions for improvement.

You can find it at sooth.io. There’s an option to receive email updates if you’re interested in progress. Twitter and Facebook too, naturally.
