I was invited to speak at Google Digital Academy last week, for a gathering of senior leaders in Learning & Development, representing a range of industries. It was in Google’s new space beside Victoria Station.
It was a tag-team session with Andy Lancaster from the CIPD. There was probably less lycra on show than is implied by “tag team”. That’s a good thing.
The event was all about the mindset and methods needed to lead a transformation to digital learning. That’s a bit of a mouthful, which is why this summary illustration by Ben Oldroyd from May Hill Designs is such a welcome addition to the event (click for a larger version).
